What makes football players exceptional. This can include understanding the importance of stretching and making it a regular habit, understanding what can be done to prevent injuries as well as steps that need to be taken during recovery.

 

We also offer insights into healthy eating and the positive impact a balanced diet can have on player development.

During the sessions, players will go through a number of exercises inside and out of our innovative training machines - allowing the coach to understand the player's capabilities and identify areas for development.

 

This will allow for future sessions to be more tailor-made and attribute focused.

TRACK AND MEASURE PROGRESS WITH REAL DATA

Player progress will be tracked through our ESA Data Hub app that measures your performance every time, as well as through our regular coaches' reports.

GET COACH REPORTS FOR EACH SESSION

On top of tracking and measuring your progress through data in our Data Hub, our coaches also provide personalized feedback for each session on player's performance, improvement points and opportunities for mastery.
